We do not accept return on signed books.

We'll do all that we can to make it right!

We ship all packages USPS. You will receive an email once your package has shipped and it will include your tracking number. If for some reason you don’t receive an email or a tracking number, please email and will be able to help.

If you have purchased anything that is signed by Suleidy, please allow 7-10 business days on our end for us to ship your order out. Sometimes, Suleidy is not in the office to sign books and if we are out of stock in a book you ordered, we can’t ship immediately.
